i think gambling addiction is usually one of two mainly things, knowledge that you have won before, and can gain again
People thin that they can win with gambling and that is why they keep gambling on and on until they win again. It is also not much that you have to do.

Instant money is the real reason behind gambling, you are exactly right, I was very addicted some months ago and hence I know when we get addicted and how to get away with it. I always kept feeling like I can make 10-20$ easily but anyways I am happy that I am out and away from gambling now and wont gamble much again.
