Hello guys I am addicted to gambling.How can I quit this?

You should quit with gambling only if you are addicted to it because if you have a family to take care you cannot gamble all day.
That is going to mess things up for you, you will lose your money and your family.

That is why he is asking how can he quit gambling,and i think he already realised that its not good for him so thats the first step towards this.
I advice to share with a friend and someone from family,only they are the ones who can help you in this and make you busy in something else.

His friends and family really can help him to stop from gambling if he will spend some time with his friends and will give some time to his family and will participate in some functions then he will not need to go for gambling and will be remained away from gambling.

before he ask his family to help him, at least he have strong will to quit from gambling, without strong will, i guess he just come back to play gambling. i know every people can do if we have strong will to do something.

Help people around it is necessary to remind us to stop gambling, and it was very helpful. But really as you said, that the intention is more necessary because the person himself who can make him stop gambling.

The most effective way to quit gambling is when you are force to do it, you are force to quit because you have already lose your money and you are about to experience bankruptcy, and since you do not have the money to gamble you cannot sustain your addiction and will stop gambling to focus on other things.
