Yes I can say that with confidence the bitcoin is gonna do this, I think the first country it will help is Brazil because they already have a lot of accepted stored right now.
Do you think their problem is money, and that is very simple to help poor countries? Think again, their problem is water, food, hygiene, they can't buy thing's even if they have money. Their problem is in corrupted governments and foreign mercenaries thst steal everything that come in country and they don't invest in infrastructure, they use donations for their own pleasure.
The rooth of their problem is much deeper then you think, I doubt that bitcoin can help them.
