We've seen this happen many times before with people displaying the same kind of psychology as N-rg... defined by having a lot of free-time on their hands to post, and a desperate need to move the markets in accordance with their trades. It usually transpires that the free-time is due to unemployment and the desperation is due to poverty.
I'd be very surprised if this guy even had 25 BTC let alone 250 BTC.
