Although we are entering an age where everything has its digital version, I don't see the paper money being obsolete. It is still nice to have physical forms of money. The increasing transaction counts using digital money and online payment has reduced the need to bring cash but there are still things that are better off being paid by paper money.
Yes and actually paying with paper money may involve risk of carrying lots of money but it also give some privacy than doing banking transactions so still some people prefer to get paid in paper money like students who like to get paid in hard cash for their extra time in work so that they can work more than their working hour limitation. So paper money may remain in demand even after decades from now on.
That's right, with paper money anyone can use it even kids. It does not need to have an internet or electricity to be able for you to use it and that makes paper money a more valuable for the majority than bitcoin where only few sectors are just being serve.
