I would change that the price would not be that stable anymore because with the price being stable bitcoin becomes really boring and there is not much to do at this point. I would not know how I would do it but I would make sure that the value of the bitcoin would change more often.
You then give people the chance to make some more money more often.
You cannot do anything with price because there is always a demand and different between buyers and sellers so I don't think there would be a time when neither the sellers nor the buyers would be demanding btc and also there would never be a price where both buyer and seller agrees.
