His identity was found by trademark, you can find it in previous posts, and this scammer owns 2 keys, one escrow(ecash.org founder) is himself.

No, he will need 2 keys to do so, he probably has 2 keys himself since the escrow mentioned in the OP doesn't have a key.

The escrow that said he doesn't have a key need to be scrutinized more. I also suspect something, Decloud team keep comparing their performance with that of Opair, I suspect they know each-other, If anybody can identify Opair developer we should be able to locate Decloud developer/s too

anyone already found the scammer? Opair and Declouds looks to have some form of connection. Someone posted about the similar linked in profiles of declouds Dev and opair CEO. BitcoinExpert the escrow & advisor of declouds did not knew of the holder of the 3rd key but also promoted Opair.
