What he means is he wants to stop being too dependent, and being in these agreements that really only benefit the US
Yes,that is what he meant. An Independent Foreign Policy is good for us where we can decide where we can trade,purchase something we need in military etc.
Duterte's mouth is so noisy but what he says is not a Foreign policy.
Our country agreement with other nations remains the same unless it is reviewed by senate/congress.His words is his strength and not the pnp and afp. He is a brilliant no one can defeat him when it comes to psy war. But sad to say some of filipinos are crab mentality.
