no i do not think so, i think every time is not the correct time for investment and specially in bitcoin, you need to use your common sense, if there are some bad news wondering in the market like in previous days the news about the hacking of bitfinex, really disturbed the market so no one will be willing to invest in such condition specially when there is expectation of felling down the price.
