Music is perhaps the main remedy for depression. Even the sport does not give such a result as music. Only the music has to be good, not tough and not even necessarily a favorite.

I fully agree on this, music helps to feel better  Smiley
Music has always accompanied man. It does not matter whether sadness, or joy. Music is always near. So it is not surprising that the melody allows a person to calm down when sad.
