When I'm sad, I tried to do something that will cover up my present situation. I'll go out with my friends or do something that I rarely do that i know will benefit me. This will make myself feel a bit better and forget about being sad for a while.
Forget about sad for me personally does not allow anything. All the time, as soon as there comes depression, I need to be alone and do not get caught the eye of other people. It takes time. But such a state passes and then comes the good and peaceful mood.
