Dont know how can gambling help us in our life, yes it can make you asking for help if you are not handling to gambling well and gets addicted to it.
For me gambling gives me some fun and a way of some enjoyment for me,but it cant help in anything in my life.
There is not important to help us from gambling i think it can just give some entertainment but not all are satisfied instead they are hurting to lose a lot from gambling instead they will coming to cover their loses if they are treat gambling as a source of instant money but if you are just treat gambling as your past time and source of happines maybe it helps you to be entertain.
