Any word on which exchange ICN is going to hit first Polo or Bittrex

Here's what they replied:
Dear Mr. ...,
You will be able to trade your ICN tokens on exchanges once the exchanges communicate that they are trading ICN tokens. We cannot give any more details due to NDAs.
