No, the ICO is only for Bitcoin investors. For BTCD holders there's a special swapping procedure that will take place after ICO.

Not compulsory but highly recommended. Komodo is BTCD 2.0, so all the development efforts will be for Komodo. We will reserve enough KMD so that all BTCD can be swapped over the one year period.

There is no KMD/BTC exchange rate, as the KMD supply is fixed while the amount of capital we will raise is not. We can calculate the exchange rate after the ICO is finished.

The KMD address was removed so people don't mistakenly send their BTCD there (because in that case they would lose them). You don't need the KMD address, all you need is the passphrase.
