You pool has wrong non default settings, AcidMiner is right:
Maturity Depth Requirement: 10 should be 60 by default for XCI. Hash Rate: 43.62 KH/sec is wrong too, should be x2, block time is 120 sec (2 min). Please, change your pool settings and never be so rude again.
