Yes, knowledge is important and I think if guys are investing in ICO ( Initial coin offer ) then they must see the team and the supporting team. If you see just a newbie opening thread and claiming too much without any proper clam then never trust on them, no matter what. I think this ICO has made trading much more interesting.
But he is asking for to start trade with smallest amount which means he has first time on trade so it will be hard for him to understand about ICO. as if a perso do not know about trade then how will he know about ICO.
