exchange will not change the market price. I think the dividend distribution is much deserving to wait rather than exchange because it's market price is near on what ICN offer selling price in their wallet now so you better sell now on their ICO website so that you can save more time and transaction on exchange site. Don't expect too much price jump and never believe on hype post on this thread because it will just turn you down when you face the reality tomorrow
