every time is worth to become a trader as long as you have money to trade because before we start to trade we need to prepare budget even for demo account with budget inside.
This so makes me laugh but I rather will agree with this comparing with the another, the golden keys are if we have an amount for doing a trading. so everyone will never do a trading if they're not having some amount in their pouch.
The best time to become a trader is when we learn how to trade, I guess that is self explanatory and we can be all traders but the big question is, are we all gonna be profitable? Many have tried but only few will succeed because we all does not have the quality of a successful trader, sad but true.
only the skilled ones and be able to read situation and the condition will be success regardless to any other who just following another people advise to buy and hold,following advise of a person which was experted on trading is right but won't make you an expert on trading
