Why not pay?
you might mistakenly added a space before the address, check that and try to request a withdraw again and it should be fine. some sites have that kind of problem on their end
Or maybe its not a valid bitcoin address but a litecoin address. I think the site checks against a database to make sure the address exists before sending money over.
