You can't trade them now. They are locked at the moment. They would be unlocked on 25 October 2016.(acc. to Iconomi).
I think 'Unverified' would be removed when they are unlocked.
Not everyone has given ETH address and will leave ICN on platform.
There are around 1700 transfers to be made within contract deployment process.
