I dont think that you can say the one is better than the other because i know for srue that no one is better than the other one becuase lots of peopel are not gettign what they want to the bitcoin and also not with the paypal.
of course you can , each bitcoin and paypal have plus and minus ,
all you need are to campare both and pick which one better based on most people opinions ,
as for now people still prefer to use paypal ,
because several factors like less place to spend bitcoin while paypal have more places.
