Not everyone and far from everyone was able to fix that for different reasons, you know that very well. So am asking again, how is this equal? Can you answer how much ICN we are talking about? Or just USD amount or BTC.
You even recommended people to keep it on your platform if you wasn't a crypto "expert" or along those lines, to me this doesn't sound equal at all.
Sounds equal because you can make big withdraw but not instant one for security reason. They are keeping large ammount of ICN safe in their wallet because you have told them to store your ICN, so if they need some hours to unlock the big withdraw i don't see any problem just FUD from you.
Then its not equal if some people can instant take our their coins and others cannot. It is not FUD, it is a valid question that you didn't seem to understand.
