Sounds equal because you can make big withdraw but not instant one for security reason. They are keeping large ammount of ICN safe in their wallet because you have told them to store your ICN, so if they need some hours to unlock the big withdraw i don't see any problem just FUD from you.
Then its not equal if some people can instant take our their coins and others cannot. It is not FUD, it is a valid question that you didn't seem to understand.
The people that can instant withdraw have accepted the risk of have the genesis directly to their eth address. You have choose to give the security matters to ICN team. So yes you are fudding hard and i have understand very well.
