Definitely not. its like how ANTshares did it. The exchange is only for the group of individuals who has an account on kraken which most of bitcoin users are also avoiding. The team is very pro but the launch isn't.Those who hasn't sold their token when the team offered are now regretting 
and why would anyone regret? ico price was 20k(iconomi was buying at that same price) and anyone willing to dump can sell at kraken for 22~30k. When the trade was opened, the price reached 38k.
