The customer will provide the public keys and you will enter the details into the NFC before making the Qrypto card?

Yes, that's exactly how it will work.
The customer would provide us with the public keys and select a primary public key, which would be embedded in the QR code on the front side.
After you receive the card, you can easily change the addresses you want to change using our android application. (Which will hopefully be released before we launch.)
