you have to claim them via the contract. either via the site or MEW depends on where you hold the tokens
I claimed via MEW and followed the instructions, but in my MEW show me 0 in token balances

If you don't find your eth address there, it means you haven't been sent ICN. Maybe, you didn't opt to get ICN to your wallet before 25th October. If that's the case, you can withdraw from ICO Site too your wallet now.
