Bitcoin has no customer support because we are decentralized, I like how the way the system is build so we will just be transacting directly and no limitation or intervention like paypay is doing for suspected anomalous transaction.
no bitcoin has no customer service because it was a currency unlike paypal who are actually a company running to make profit,having clients,and if they have support,it's really normal,and why the heck a currency need a customer service,expecting bitcoin to have customer service or support is the same as expecting dollar to have available customer support 24/7
