prime dice is having some issues for some time ,the site was not working properly,the chat was a mess for some time and so on. i missed to happy hours yet again,when will i be able to get in at the perfect time 
It is always happening when PrimeDice is evolving, (same happened with PrimeDice3) they usually have to fix small bugs caused by upgrading the site for a long time.Where I find a PrimeDice's happy hours schedule? Or it is totally random event?
