Funny I seem to remember something about him only putting like 20k on the house and making payments.
yup..
Hey we've been hacked for all our funds.. the bank is insolvent.
I think now would be a great time to buy a Mansion, SUV and a 100k ring for my divorced wife.
Then post a reward to catch the haxorz..
WOW un-fucking-real

haha seriously.. what a circus..
im just really glad the ex employees and court receiver made sure the cryptsy users got paid before giving anything to his wife.
i was going to be pretty pissed if we all walked away with less than we lost.Today's your lucky day, bud. It's a proven fact that at the end of ALL class action suits, the little money recovered divvied up between those entitled after ALL the lawyers and other costs are taken care of first equates to each person getting returned no less than what they lost, thus nobody's pissed. Thank Jehovah for class action suits. Praise Jah.
I tend to think most of what is being said is mostly trolling but I have to say that I have begun to see many reports in the last few weeks of people not being able to withdraw their funds.
Here's something else interesting from the same thread which the above was gleaned:
House for foreclosed on in 2009 before he bought it
Proof is in the link you posted but obviously didnt read
Reads to me like Mullick put more time in researching the status of a foreclosed house than he did on seeing if Cryptsy was insolvent or not even though he had full access [view] to most all the wallet address. On second thought, it's already been declared that Mullick was indeed aware of the "hack" from the get-go, as well as other higher-ups at Cryptsy according to court docs.
