These walls come from people who try to sell. Once the price goes down they move their sell order down as well. What's manipulating about that?
What would you do if you have 150k AMPs and want to sell? You would most probably place a sell order above the price and if the price went down you would move your order down as well otherwise someones order gets filled instead of yours.

This is how it always goes but to some it looks like manipulation because price swings are huge in iliquid markets.

Let's speak in one year from now, just after they released their Beta version of the social dApp. Would you still call it a scam if the price is up 5 to 10 multiples from current prices?

No scam at all. It is a scam when founders trying to get rich of it by selling their coins. But the fact is that they never even sold one single coin yet, so tell me how is this a scam?
