For the love of god, someone walk me through starting this miner. I have been at this all day long.

AMD 16.10
4 x rx 480 8gb
There are some people who have 64 bit win 777777 .. working fine so its not 64 bit issue
I am guessing its Win 10 issue as I havn't seen a single person who has successfully run the miner with win 10
