How often do you hear of normal people becoming rich through gambling? That is the issue with this line of thinking. People become rich through other means, gambling is something you risk when you have enough to spare....not the other way around
So for at least I never heard anyone become a wealthy from this hobby. Everyone want a fast money and without doing any hard work and that's why so many gambling sites are popping up to make profits for them but gamblers always at the losing side. These guys know that they can't win, but still, they will try their luck until they lose all of their money. We should gamble only if we need some entertainment but shouldn't go to gamble if you need some money.
If you become rich because of gambling, what's the point of telling other people about that? They will just beg money from you. Most people in gambling sites that have made money usually just leave the place. They don't come back because they are tired of people asking for money. Maybe they come back but they will use a different name. People like this don't reply to the chat box.
Also, people that become rich from different fields usually go talk about how they've become successful. Most of them can't even stop talking about it. But as a gambler, there's no point in talking about how he got successful unless he has some good story behind that.
