with Merch By Amazon, you will upload your design. After you will get income from Amazon although you do not anything.

I know there is https://teespring.com/ which also have same features like you have said and also quite easy to understand. But hard to get any sells and actually you have to meet minimum order requirement before they start printing your designs and you will earn profit above their price. Same service which will also pay in bitcoin can be good project for someone to develop.
