The first email was sent to the exact one you provided along with two other emails sent for 9/7. And 10/16.
Wet are now going into November so at least one and a half months have passed with no reply.

I won't be able to fish out a tx code because the money was gone after betting and depo. 

I remember the account made a few bets that I got commission for to the volume go about .55 btc
After that the counter stopped while the referral account became inaccessible. The user did not bust the account for that money to be gone. Only a few bets were made in a way that only grew it from the .01 deposit. The referred user could not remember the exact amount but only that before they were unable to access the balance was above .01 btc


So the issue is the refund of that .01 btc and the volume that account has bet thus far for commission which I have not done the may on but is well more than .55 volume btc bets.
