Thank you for your reply , can you please tell me how you are subtracting 250 and 487.5 ?

Not quite so. Initial token price will be: 30 ฿ / 30000 TOKENS = 0,001 ฿ and for 1 ฿ invested user will get 1 BTC / 0,001 ฿ = 1000 TOKENS
Then you will correct the amount of tokens for users who got a bonus, uniformly subtracting the bonus amount from everybody else. Yes, early bird investments are more profitable. In fact you can come up with your own allocation formula and use it. You can search ICONOMI blog for bonuses post, afair they shared their calculations.

Anyway, for example, if we have three users and one invested 5 BTC on a first day (with 10% bonus), the second — 10 BTC on a second day with 5% bonus and the last one — 15 BTC after a week without any bonus the final calculation will be something like this:

Initial token distribution: 1: 1000 * 5  = 5000; 2: 1000 * 10 = 10000; 3: 1000 * 15 = 15000
Final token distribution: 1: 5000+(5000*0.1) = 5500; 2: 10000-250 = 9750. 9750 + 9750*0.05 = 10237,5; 3: 15000-250-487,5=14262,5;

Let's check the total number of tokens: 5500+10237,5+14262,5 = 30000.
