I am happy (or not) the possessor of 0.03 btc (so what? We're not all rich) and I want to do the work quickly
I went to see on poloniex but the loan rate is too low to hope to multiply a small amount and I'm afraid of trading because I do not want to lose everything.
Also I looked at the mining sites but its no longer pertains.
If someone has advice or references I'm interested

You should be grateful for the fact that you're a newbie but you have 0.03BTC already.Cloud mining sites never helped anyone and it never will. You're afraid to lose that money? There's no way of multiplying your BTC without risking that money. It appears to me that you want to do the work "quickly" and you want to multiply your money as well. All of that just falls under 'gambling'.
