I just wondering too how much their max payout? Because if they did not set max payout, and when big whale lucky enough I dont think they can pay them for sure.

It is clear as stated on their FAQ, the maximum bet allowed is 1btc so they should have at least 16btc to cover 1btc bet winning. Indeed, we dont know how many btc on their wallet. Foe sure, they should prove that they can pay such amount. Otherwise, whales will never come to this site.
