Still nothing from Cloudbet. It's been over 48 hours since the transaction confirmed. No response other than wrongly closing the support ticket. Shameful.
If they already closed the ticket without your complaint being fixed you need to get explanation from them, or if without that is a big troll and this site should be avoided. If nothing happens on the next day you can start accusation so everyone will be aware.
Actually there are complaints against cloudbet since 2014, their support is worst i have seen in bitcoin gambling industry, they don't have live chat system or telephone service, only email. They work only 5 days, so you have issues on weekend, they will not respond.
Their support isn't that responsive but I don't believe they have scammed anyone ever. If you have been scammed you should definitely consider doing a scam accusation to bring it to everyone's attention.
