I believe there were still some 30% or so XEL left when the donation period ended. Instead of distributing those unsold XELs to the donators (prorated) why dont we put them up for dev bounty? i.e. we can bring in some really talented devs to work full-time on XEL for those unsold coins. That will speed up the development. I dont see why anyone would have any objection to such proposal.
