This says it all, really.  I understand snkns's concerns because I had similar worries early on.  But I can't imagine the Kraken team sitting in a boardroom going, "Okay guys, so whaddya say we break the law in order to list ICN?"  That's absurd.  Just as silly is the idea they said, "Gee, well I don't know if it's legal or not... ah, who cares, let's go for it."  They simply would not take the risk if there was any doubt in their minds.

Anyway, this is a healthy looking rise we've got going.
