I think poor countries can help by bitcoin if the people in poor country have pc or gadget and internet connection, if the people in that poor country can not afford that i think bitcoin can not help them.

This is the sad reality, government will never care about opportunity they can give to those who have no materials or resources intead, they focus on people or community that are already booming.  If only the government will have a livelihood program that is relative to digital currency, Im sure it will help poor countries alot.
Government knows better because they are compose of people who are intelligent enough to decide for its people. Don't worry in the next election if you can vote, cast your votes on candidates that supports the use of crypto currencies..

Well dont expect the government to help crypto in any way or the other. They may do some false promises and never actually do it in reality.

As far as poor countries are concerned, they need to get the proper amenitites of life first before thinking of a PC/Smartphone and internet connection and then think of crypto.
yeah I think the government would not want to help or adopt bitcoin although they can be helped because bitcoin, I think when a poor country they can be assisted to improve their economy, certainly to give jobs to the people of these countries, but it is true what you say that to work and use bitcoin need a computer and internet, I think the poor people will not be able to buy it?
