I got 4,549.67 ICN for 1 BTC which was locked at 605.89 USD
So 605.89 / 4,549.67 = 0,1331722960126778 USD for 1 ICN
if you look price on Kraken it is 0.000183 BTC for 1 ICN
So 0.000183 * 728.68 USD = 0,13334844 USD for 1 ICN
In my calculation current price is slightly higher than ICO price
Conclusion... if you want to buy ICN with FIAT (buy ETH or BTC and then exchange to ICN) you will pay more than during ICO.
BUT if you still have any BTC from ICO time, then you will get ICN cheaper, because BTC has risen for over $120 from that time.
