This works, I now have a premium evernote and it does work and does allow me to have all premium features.

I do note (excuse the pun) though it is a business account invitation, or at least mine is, I see some people get a gift code so not sure if this is the same. if the business gets in trouble for doing this I imagine everyone will lose their accounts and for good reason im not mentioning what business this is.
