One Hundred Dollar bitcoin for now seems to impossible since it continues to rise as years pass by. It might not be possible unless bitcoin will die. If it were to die, it will came back to 1$ or even less but it dying won't happen soon in my opinion. Instead of waiting for that, earn free Bitcoin now while you can since it's future value might be good so hoard and save bitcoin now for the future.
Yeah I think the prices will not come until whenever, maybe that price will be happen when bitcoin will be dead, probably when the popularity of bitcoin decreased and it will make the price of bitcoin getting down and die, I think when that happens there is no chance for you to buy it again, because of course it will harm you right
