For this situation you need to email them since you can't open a ticket because you can't login into the website. This thread is pretty busy and usually messages are easily missed.
Like mine, for example.

i had mail to support staff of PD. But they don't response. I dont know why???
just give them enough time, PD supports do sleep too

incase you don't recieve any kind of reply from PD team, you can always resend a ticket for the same inquiry OR you can just post here about your problem and MICRO or other mods can give you help publicly
