So if I had 50K SUPER on Cryptsy, there's litteraly no hope for me to retrieve them?

They report any updates to the class action lawsuit against cryptsy in-between their arguing.
Yeah pretty frustrating, I was buying a lot of SUPER at the beginning of the year when it was about 100 satoshis, I don't know what's the price right now but actually I don't wanna know, I had 0,10 BTC worth of SUPER at 100 satoshis.
