If BTC hits $1k then there its easily a possibility - DOGE needs a lot of pressure to come off the sell side before it will rise again, personally I can't see it getting any lower than 25 but if people don't start selling/panicking then a price lower than 25 could be a possibility, which in turn could well start some selling/panicking from the holders and drive the price even lower. Will be interesting to see what happens. I remember seeing the price hit 23-24 once or twice in the past - and regretting not buying at the time... I think there will be some interesting dynamics in the DOGE market in the coming weeks/months.
