This OpenCL miner based on modified John Tromp's and "silent army" kernel

Where it is, the binary for Ubuntu 16.04 ?
Have you the name of the package to install OpenCL in Ubuntu 16.04 (it is absoltly necessary for a miner with only nvidia cards) ?
