This btc pump is conducted by the miners, they also own the full btc future emission, so no the btc seems to reach 800. they want you belive that, to go long, but it will drop back to burn those long futures. like always.
be aware to buy icn with eth, when btc will drop (soon) eth will spike and icn/eth ratio will drop as well.
