I guess you didn't make a simple check for scam accusations/issues before using the site again?
Especially if a while has passed since you last used it?

A simple quick google search turned up a "Ripoff Report":

There's another one for October or 'nearly'. The guy sent a sort of 'plea letter' to cointopal to not scam him. He says it worked for him. Maybe you could also try that. Who knows.

After i hastly made the transaction i got a afterthought about what i had just done! i had sent nearly 1 BTC through this website which i didnt look at sucupilously for any reviews or signs of scams (as i usually do)...my heart felt heavy and after i saw the ripoff report i was even more worried about what i had just done! Given around nearly 600 USD to somone ..a complete stranger!
i honestly was feeling sick by now at the thought of how stupid i fell for something like that. I wrote a support letter (a plea in my case for the guy not to scam me) and waited...at that stage it was the only thing i could have done tbh. I slept onit and woke up a few hours later and eagerly refreshed my transaction ...(you need to keep the transaction window open as there seems to be no way on the site to enter a transaction number)..it said 'approved' after being in pending for more than 6 hours.. i then checked my paypal and lo & behold it was there! ...Halleluyah!

i did check it and i used past the scam report you mention. and it worked
